My Background & Experience

My experience in psychological therapies and adult mental health has developed through working across NHS and third-sector settings. I’ve supported adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, using evidence-based psychological approaches to help people better understand what they’re experiencing and find practical ways forward.
